The Wiggle Factor Book Review

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) releases guidelines from time to time that reflect the current state of research that is funded by food companies and isn't always reliable. The Wiggle Factor by Cody Smith is a book that helps educate the reader on our nation's history of dieting and addresses the myths as well as the facts about fasting. The different types of fasting are explained in detail as well as helpful tips and FAQs.

I really enjoyed that the book went into depth of the history of our nation's research and information about suggested restrictions on food groups recommended by the USDA and food manufacturers experimented with other sweeteners high in fructose corn syrup as a result. I also liked that it explains what fasting actually is so it isn't assumed that it is just going without good for great amounts of time. This book is jam-packed with we'll researched facts and sound advice. It gives you not just one path, but many to choose from to achieve your goals and get the results you long to see.

I would recommend this book for anyone who has tried everything to loose weight and has failed. This book is excellent for people who have certain eating restrictions and can't participate in certain diets because of them. Read this book in the morning to set your mind and you will be well on your way to success!

I received an advance review copy for free, and I am leaving this review voluntarily.
